Regular Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM in the Williams High School Culinary Arts Room.

Work Sessions and, if necessary, Special Meetings, will be held the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM in the Williams High School Culinary Arts Room

Alternate day, time and/or place may be selected to accommodate member schedules and school related functions.  All changes will be announced as soon as information is available.
 

Posting of Governing Board meeting agendas:

All Governing Board meeting agendas (regular, special, work session, executive session, board activities, training) will be posted in the display case to the left of the front door of the Jack A. Dent Administrative Building (district business office) located at 515 S. 9th Street, Williams, AZ 86046. At the time of posting, the agendas will also be emailed to all WUSD staff, along with Governing Board members, legal counsel, City of Williams clerk and local newspaper.
