NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

WILLIAMS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 GOVERNING BOARD

MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2007

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the WILLIAMS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 GOVERNING BOARD and to the general public that the Williams Unified School District No. 2 Governing Board will hold a  Special Meeting open to the public on December 10, 2007 at 6:15 p.m. at the Williams High School Culinary Arts Room located at 440 S. 7th Street, Williams, Arizona.   If anyone has a disability that requires special accommodation, please call the District Office at (928) 635-4473 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

A.       Consideration to adjourn to the Red Raven Restaurant located at 135 W. Rt. 66, Williams, Arizona to participate in a
