A Special Meeting of the Williams Unified School District No. 2 Governing Board was held at 5:00 p.m. on the above date at the office of the Williams School District Superintendent. Board members present: Mr. Nenne, Mrs. Cothren, Mr. Parenteau and Mr. Barnes. Mr. Stilwell was absent. Also present: Dr. McCraley.
SPECIAL MEETING
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
I. OPENING ITEMS
Ø Mr. Nenne called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ø Motion by Mr. Barnes to adopt the agenda, second by Mr. Parenteau. Motion approved 4-0.
II. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. The Governing Board may vote to enter into Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03 (A)(1) to:
1. Complete the Governing Board self-evaluation.
2. Complete a six-month review of the Superintendent.
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to enter Executive Session, second by Mr. Barnes. Motion approved 4-0.
Into Executive Session at 5:12 p.m.
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to return to Open Session, second by Mr. Barnes. Motion approved 4-0.
Back Open Session at 7:45 p.m.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to adjourn, second by Mr. Barnes. Motion approved 4-0. Special Meeting
adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
