A Special Meeting of the Williams Unified School District No. 2 Governing Board was held at 3:15 p.m. on the above date at the office of the Williams School District Superintendent. Board members present: Mrs. Cothren, Mr. Stilwell, Mr. Nenne and Mr. Parenteau. Mr. Barnes was absent. Also present: Dr. McCraley, Mr. Hudgens, Mrs. Schulte and Mrs. Jean Wilcox, district legal counsel.
SPECIAL MEETING
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
I. OPENING ITEMS
Ø Mrs. Cothren called the meeting to order at 3:20 p.m. and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance;
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to adopt the agenda, second by Mr. Stilwell. Motion approved 4-0.
II. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. The Governing Board may vote to enter into Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03 (A)(3) to receive advice from legal counsel.
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to enter Executive Session, second by Mr. Stilwell. Motion approved 4-0. Into Executive Session at 3:21 p.m.
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to return to Open Session, second by Mr. Nenne. Motion approved 4-0. Back to Open Session at 3:59 p.m.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to adjourn the meeting, second by Mr. Stilwell. Motion approved 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
