A Special Meeting of the Williams Unified School District No. 2 Governing Board was held at 4:00 p.m. on the above date at the Williams Elementary Middle School Library. Board members present: Mr. Nenne, Mr. Parenteau, Mr. Stilwell and Mrs. Nelson. Mrs. Cothren was absent. Also present: Dr. McCraley, Mrs. Schulte, Mr. Bridges, Mr. Johnson and three guests.
SPECIAL MEETING
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
I. OPENING ITEMS
Ø Mr. Nenne called the meeting to order at 4:03 pm and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to adopt the agenda, second by Mrs. Nelson. Motion approved 4-0.
II. EXECUTVE SESSION
A. The Governing Board may vote to enter into Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03 (A)(2) and ARS 15-843 to discuss student discipline.

Ø Motion by Mrs. Nelson to enter into Executive Session, second by Mr. Stilwell. Motion approved 4-0.
Ø Board moved into Executive Session at 4:05 pm.
III. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Ø Motion by Mrs. Nelson to return to Open Session, second by Mr. Stilwell. Motion approved 4-0.
Ø Board moved to Open Session at 5:05 pm
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Ø Motion by Mr. Parenteau to adjourn the meeting, second by Mrs. Nelson. Motion approved 4-0.
Ø Meeting adjourned at 5:05 pm.
