DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FY 2012

TO: THE CLERK OF THE COCONINO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS and THE CITIZENS OF ARIZONA

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Williams Unified School District hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the ­­Williams USD #2 Governing Board will be posted in the window to the right of the door to the hallway leading to the District Business Office, located at 802 S. 6^th St., Williams, AZ  Each notice will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda.  At the time of posting, each notice will be sent electronically to all WUSD staff, along with Governing Board members, legal counsel, selected City of Williams staff, Williams-Grand Canyon News and others requesting an agenda.  The notice will also be posted on the WUSD webpage  http://www.wusd2.org/
