Hello WHS Community!
Online enrollment is open for all of our returning students. If you are new to the district, please come in to register with us. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pm.
If you need assistance, in person registration will be July 23rd from 9-3, and July 24th from 10-5.
Freshman orientation is July 24th at 5:00 pm in the WHS Viking Grill. Please bring your incoming freshman with you.
Have a fantastic rest of your summer, and we are excited to see you soon!
WHS Soccer:
First practice: July 29 @ 8-10am WEMS Field.
NEED: shin guards, soccer ball, water, one light colored and one dark colored t shirt
Must have your physical completed before you can start practicing.
Practice is 3:30-5:30 once school starts.
Williams Middle School Football Information:
There will be a WEMS Football meeting for all interested in the upcoming 2024-2025 football season. The meeting is scheduled to take place at 3:30 on July 24, 2024 at the WEMS auditorium.

Welcome to Williams Mr. Giertych! Here is a message from one of our new team members!
Hello Williams community! My name is Zack Giertych and I am a K-12 Behavior Specialist. I enjoy camping, fishing, and paddleboarding with my wife, Toni, and 5-year-old son, Louie. Our family is attempting to camp inside every US National Park. We've done 20 out of the 63 parks so far, with Grand Teton and Redwood being our favorite. I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona. I have experience in Adapted Physical Education and Behavior Support Program teaching roles, as well as supporting staff and students in a previous districtwide behavior specialist role. My passion will always remain coaching Special Olympics. I look forward to serving the Williams community.

WHS will hold Back to School Registration in the front lobby on July 23rd from 9:00am - 3:00pm & July 24th from 10:00am - 5:00pm
Freshman Parent & Student Orientation will take place in the gymnasium on July 24th from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
All new WHS students will register in person and with a paper packet.
WEMS: Online Registration as well.
July 23rd from 10a-6p is when families can receive in person registration assistance, if so needed or desired.

WEMS families, we have an incredible team of teachers, many with years of experience who are looking to teach in our community! We will feature some of these new faces leading up to the start of the school year! Welcome Mrs. Slayton, who will be teaching 5th grade this school year with a LOVE for 4-H and agriculture. Hi everyone! My name is Taicey Slayton. I am so excited to teach 5th grade this year! I am originally from Yuma, AZ but have lived in Northern Arizona for 8 years now. Some of my favorite things are my dogs, I have 3, reading and kayaking and paddle boarding. I can’t wait to meet you all and create memories together, it’s going to me an amazing year!

KinderCamp bridging ceremony was today! Special thanks to our county, APS and United Way for their partnership! A huge surprise was given to our families today. Thank you CCC for giving each of our kinder camp grads for 2024 free tuition to CCC when they graduate high school! What an incredible gift!

Congratulations on completing another school year! For the 8th grade promotion tonight, here are a few quick reminders.
Individuals with tickets will be allowed to be seated first, so please bring your tickets to the event. If you do not have a ticket, we'll ask that you wait at the door until approximately 5:50 until all other ticketed individuals have been seated. We are expecting a full house.
Doors open at 5:30. 8th graders, please arrive by 5:45. The event will begin at 6:00 PM and last approximately 30 minutes.
