The Vikings, seeded 6th, will take on the 11th - seeded San Manual Miners in what’s sure to be an exciting matchup.

I am providing a link that can take you to a web site sponsored by the National Bullying Prevention Center. It has some excellent tips for parents on how you can help if your child is being bullied. I especially the tips on online bullying as that type of bullying is happening more and more. These tips help you mitigate online bullying and even gives directions on how to contact the actual social media sites (FaceBook, Instagran, SnapChat, etc.) to find out how they can also help as they have antibullying guidelines bui;t into their product. Anyway, I found it a good read with many helpful tips.

Freshman Families, Upward Bound is a federally funded program that supports high school students in earning their diplomas and preparing for college. Students are only eligible to apply during their freshman year. Upward Bound representatives will visit campus on October 1st to give a recruitment presentation to the freshman class.
