Attention WEMS families:We will not have our Falcon Flyers program this Friday due to staff attending a mandatory training in Phoenix. At the training, staff will learn new ideas to make our afterschool program even better. Again, there will be no Falcon Flyers this Friday, October 18th. The program will resume on Monday, October 21st. We still have spaces open for 3rd through 8th grade in the program. You can pick up applications in the front office. Thank you!

FYI: Fire resumes today, weather pending!

Senior parents/guardians: Williams High School is sponsoring a FAFSA or Free Application for Federal Student Aid night tomorrow Wednesday October 16th from 5-7 pm at the high school. Seniors & their parents/guardians can fill out this free application to see if they qualify for federal student aid for ANY University, Community College, or Trade School. It takes about 20 minutes to fill out & results are immediate. We have a FAFSA expert coming to help and offer guidance on filling this out. Please bring a copy of your taxes from 2018. There is an IRS retrieval tool built into the on line application but it is always a good idea to bring a paper copy. FAFSA money can be used at many different schools or training centers. I recommend that all parents and students fill this out just to see if they qualify and how much they qualify for. We hope to see you all there.

These two made it up West hill! WHS mtn bike team.
