Greetings. With icy roads and a pending storm today calling for additional snow and wind, WUSD # 2 is cancelling school today. Stay warm and stay safe.
Greetings and Happy New Year! WUSD # 2 will be on a 2 hour delay tomorrow (1/3/23) as we monitor the pending storm that is supposed to arrive tomorrow morning. AM Preschool is cancelled tomorrow. Breakfast and lunch will be served. School starts at 10 am. Buildings will open at 9:30 am for students. Stay tuned for possible future alerts. Stay warm. Stay safe. Check on your neighbors.
Good afternoon and Happy New Year, hope today starts a fantastic year for all. Due to the winter storm, there will be no boys or girls basketball practice tomorrow Monday, practice will start back up on Tuesday, girls 3:45-5:45, boys Fr/So 5:45-7 and boys Jv/V 7-9. Thanks and be safe out there.
Effective January 1, 2023, all reduced-priced meals are free of charge for students who qualify for reduced-price meals.

Attention 7th & 8th grade families. In the mail you will be receiving a point sheet that Williams Middle School uses as a matrix to determine if your child will promote to the next grade. It is based on three criteria: academics, behavior, and attendance. We are in the process of updating this form; therefore, a blank copy of what will be used in the next semester is also included. Again, this form is a guide that helps us determine promotion status for each student. Once you receive this form, if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Mr. Wollman or Mrs. Ragsdale and we will get back to you as soon as term resumes.

A reminder that tomorrow begins Semester 1 finals. If your high schooler is exempt from finals, please make sure that you call in the absence. Your child's teacher will be able to tell them if they are exempt.
Busses will run at the end of the half day, at 12:40 on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Good morning WHS family, just in case the message didn't get home, our Fall Sports Banquet will be held tonight in the WHS gym starting at 6 pm. Food will be provided by our culinary team. All will be recognized, football, volleyball, soccer and cheer. Please join us to celebrate all the accomplishments of all our Fall programs. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
